The Rainbow Bridge has long been a symbol in my path. A living archway between worlds, a shimmer between heaven and earth. In Norse tradition, this bridge is known as the Bifröst, meaning “shimmering path” or “rainbow bridge.” It connects the realm of humans (Midgard) with the home of the gods (Asgard). To me, this bridge is more than myth… it is memory. As I walk its shimmering span within my own soul, I find myself linked to the ancestors who walked before me. Their stories, their resilience, their medicine echo like footsteps across this path.
